Delivery Manager/Portfolio Manager E-commerce & Retail

Successful work on projects requires:
- IT experience of 5 years or more
- Experience in project management from 3 years
- Experience in the role of Project Manager or Account Manager in IT companies
- Understanding of the subject area, typical problems, solutions and trends in e-commerce and retail
- High written and verbal communication skills (business writing skills, business ethics, client rapport, etc.).
- Customer focus (ability to identify customer needs, manage conflict situations, handle claims)
- High analytical and strategic planning skills
- Willingness to develop and implement new processes and methodologies
- Ability to work under multitasking and tight deadlines
- English at Upper Intermediate level and above
What to do:
- Manage a portfolio of projects within the E-commerce & Retail business practice
- Expanding the project portfolio by attracting new clients and developing current clients
- Working with customers in the role of project manager, including planning, execution and monitoring of projects
- Customer account management: maintaining and developing long-term relationships with current customers
- Identification of customer needs and problems, counselling on services provided
- Liaising with other departments to ensure successful implementation of projects
- In case of portfolio growth – development of the team structure working with this portfolio of projects
Golang Developer (Middle/Senior)

.NET Fullstack Developer (Middle/Senior)

PHP Developer (Middle/Senior)

- Experience with MySQL, ability to write and optimise complex queries
- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Spoken English from B1+ and above
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of ElasticSearch, Redis, NoSQL databases
- Practical experience in building scalable applications
- Experience in writing tests (PHPUnit, Codeception), TDD methodology
