Our engineering team has delivered a robust policy management web application that handles the entire policy lifecycle. Tailored to meet the current needs of the insurance industry, the app provides a centralized view of policy approval workflow, approvals and reviews, and communication.

Our dedicated development team has built a web application that allows the client to reduce the time required to provide and manage the full life cycle of insurance policies and improve user experience for customers, brokers and administrators.

Our responsibilities at this project included developing the front-end and back-end functionalities and implementing the business logic. We created an entirely new database design, rebuilt existing forms, and created new ones to handle massive amounts of data.

This system allows you to add new brokers and clients in the system, as well create, modify, delete and migrate insurance policies by filling in a large number of tables and forms on the UI, receive documents in PDF formats based on the entered data, and manage large volumes of data.

Additionally, the app ensures enhanced customer service for its end-users by allowing them to view their insurance information quickly. The client-side allows policyholders to log in, apply for insurance, fill out forms, make online payments, and check their policy eligibility.

Furthermore, we developed a number of features that help prevent communication breakdowns with carriers and customers, such as task management, automated alerts, and communication tracking.
